How do I update my credit card information?
- Once logged into the membership site, access your My Account page by either:
- Clicking on your Avatar icon at the top right corner of the screen (if you’re on mobile, the Avatar icon is in the mobile menu at the top right of the screen.)
- or Visiting this link:
- On the My Account page, scroll down until you see a link that says “Subscriptions“
- Click on Subscriptions and you’ll see your active Collective Membership listed.
- Click on the “Update” link to the right of your Collective Subscription
- Enter your updated credit card info in the fields that appear and click on the “Submit” button
How do I cancel my membership?
Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your membership renewal date to cancel without any admin fees
