True Power benefits all.  Welcome to this guided session of exploring & embodying the kind of Power that is truly connected to the betterment of all.

WATCH THE PRACTICE VIDEO

This guided practice is experiential – see how to prepare below.

To Prepare For The Guided Practice:

  • Create a quiet space for 90 mins of uninterrupted time where you will not be disturbed for the full duration of the practice.
  • Find a practice space where you can move comfortably, sit, stand, lie down, meditate, do breathwork, and/or make sounds.
  • I recommend something like a blanket or sheepskin on a yoga mat on the floor, with additional blankets & pillows for comfort.
  • Wear clothing that you feel good & comfortable in. Clothes that are easy to move in & fabric that feels good on your skin is great! Layers are helpful.
  • Have a journal and pen nearby.
  • You will need this Spotify Playlist (You will need a premium subscription in order to play the songs in order, without ads.) You will need a way to play your music through a different device than you are watching the recording (i.e. if you are watching the recording on your computer, you could play the music on your phone, through a portable speaker)
