Movement-based classes to help you fully awaken within your body, and feel more whole & more human
Our experience of life occurs through our human body.
Becoming more awake inside our bodies gives us deep access to self-trust, it allows us to attune correctly to our environment, helps us feel a deep belonging on the earth, and expands our responsiveness to life as it occurs around us.
In essence: we become more human.
Join me for regular 90-min movement-based embodiment classes, and you’ll learn how to find, touch, experience, and express the full spectrum of who you are.
“These practice sessions have helped me connect to deeper parts of myself, my spirit, my knowing, and my truth.”
Ultimately we are not here to be ‘more masculine’ or ‘more feminine’ — we are here to be more human.
While it’s easy to confuse the map of our minds for the territory of life, this is actually not reality.
It’s natural for our brains to map emotions, feelings, and thoughts from previous experiences we’ve had, but so much more is available when we are connected to the fullness of the present moment.
When we fail to re-walk the territory of our own mind, body, and being, the map we create quickly becomes an inaccurate depiction of the territory, and we fall increasingly further from reality, limiting our capacity to respond creatively.
Learn how to stop utilizing the map and traverse the actual territory of your mind, body and being in these embodied wholeness classes.
You’ll leave feeling:
Renewed vitality
These practices will elicit your vitality when you engage yourself in this way regularly.
Increased possibility
Overcome habitual thoughts and behavioral patterns, learn new things about yourself, and new ways of seeing things that increase your possibilities in life and relationships.
A sense of self trust
There’s so much wisdom in our bodily experience. Learn how to respond to life without needing to know ahead of time what is going to happen by developing a deep trust in your body.

For this class, you will need:
- Many classes have a Spotify playlist. You will need a Spotify premium account in order to play the songs in order and without ads.
- A way to play your music through a different device than you are joining the call with (i.e. if you are joining the call on your computer, you could play the music on your phone, through a portable speaker)
- A practice space you can move in & not be disturbed. Best is a set-up you can sit, lie down & stand/move comfortably. I recommend something like a blanket or sheepskin on a yoga mat on the floor, with additional blankets & pillows for comfort.
- Clothing that you feel good & comfortable in. Fabric that feels good on your skin is great! Layers are helpful.
- A journal and a pen
- Water
“I am so grateful for how embodiment practice has changed me, and quite possibly how it has saved my life.”
“To be guided and led by Kendra though this process is a gift.”
“I always leave refreshed, clearer, and more joyful than how I began.”
These classes are for all genders, ages, identities and physical abilities.
But this class series may NOT be for you if..
- You don’t want to move your body or explore what moving your body in new ways might be like.
- You don’t want to explore who you are in a broader context.
- You don’t want to find out what it would be like to pretend to be a snake.
- You don’t want to practice expressing anger if you don’t feel angry, or imagine expressing a starlight.
- You’re looking for a class that’s purely physical or a strenuous workout.
Here’s how students described their experiences:
“Embodiment practices felt new and out of my comfort zone when I started working with Kendra. I judged myself when I felt nothing and flat, or when I was angry for not ‘knowing what to do or feel’. And, I stuck with it. I showed up. For years. I still show up.
To be guided and led by Kendra though this process is a gift. Her ability to hold a safe space where all is welcome and encouraged, consistently and over time is exactly the type of space I need to shed my no longer needed beliefs and judgments a little bit more each time. To be loved for all of it and any of it is what my body needs to relax into what it has to teach me.
There are moments ‘in real life’ when I notice something in my body is clenched or closed. I relax my jaw, or slow the pace of my walking, or turn around to see what is behind me, in those moments Kendra is there with me — her embodiment practices making my every day more beautiful.”
— Sarah Altman
“When I started working with Kendra and experiencing her embodiment practices I felt awkward and filled with rage nearly every time we started. I was angry that I was being asked to listen to and follow my body’s rhythm when nearly my whole life I had been led to believe, and ‘practicing’, that ignoring my body in favor of my mind was the only way to create what I wanted.
Despite this, I trusted my longing for something deeper — a deeper relationship with myself, a deeper relationship with my body, and a deeper relationship with my husband — and I inherently trusted Kendra and her guidance.
Everything in my life has been transforming in the last 5 years as a result of Kendra’s embodiment practices and what they offer me. I now fully trust myself and my body’s wisdom. I know in my bones that my body is trustworthy and accurate. And, as I navigate life-changing surgeries as a newly aware BRCA2 carrier, I feel so grateful for the relationship I have created with my exceptionally amazing body.
I don’t know where I would be right now without these practices, but what I am certain of is that they have been a large part of why I am able to be here, facing what I am, in a deeply rooted, deeply connected, deeply compassionate way. I am so grateful for how embodiment practice has changed me, and quite possibly how it has saved my life.”
— Rae Haddow
“Initially, I was curious about how doing embodiment virtually would be. Kendra has a rare ability to guide practices in a way that puts me so in touch with myself and transcends any computer screen, though.
Kendra has a deep understanding of the world around us and holds so much nuance for the human experience. This comes through when she leads embodiment practices and, through that, I’ve had moments of powerful learning, opening, and healing.”
— Lauren Sanderson
“These practice sessions have helped me connect to deeper parts of myself, my spirit, my knowing, and my truth.
Emotions and energy move and in that process, I’ve received clear vision and direction from my higher self.
I always leave refreshed, clearer, and more joyful than how I began.”
— Dahlia J.
“When I first started working with Kendra I was new to any kind of embodiment work. So while she led us through an embodiment practice, I found myself thinking “This is fine, but when does the coaching start?” (I was used to talking = coaching.) The session ended and I thought “Huh. I don’t think Kendra is a fit for me.”
Later that day I had an incredible realization related to a challenge I was having in a relationship and it was obvious the realization had come from the embodiment work. From that experience, I realized the power of Kendra’s embodiment practices and I’ve been a fan ever since.”
