Boundaries in Business is a 90‑minute live class based on years of work that Kendra Cunov has done around boundaries. Mark has watched as Kendra has developed this work, and continues to hear amazing feedback from folks about her. She will be helping us explore how clear, embodied boundaries can actually expand your capacity for connection and income.
If you’ve ever worried that saying no or limiting your availability will cost you clients (or if you’re feeling burnt out from being “on” all the time) — this class is for you.
Kendra will weave personal stories, grounded frameworks, and live teaching, with Mark contributing some Sufi insights and experience as well, to support you in creating a business that is both boundaried and deeply connected.

Why Boundaries in Business?
So many of us secretly fear that setting boundaries will:
- Push clients away
- Limit our income
- Make us seem less caring
So we stay over-available by answering messages at all hours, saying yes when our body says no, and taking on “just one more” client or project.
It’s exhausting.
We might think boundaries will limit our capacity for connection and business growth…but in this class, we’ll explore a very different truth.
Clear boundaries:
- Protect your time and energy so you can show up fully present
- Create safety for your clients, so the work can go deeper
- Make your offers and containers cleaner and easier to say yes to
- Actually grow your business over time, instead of slowly draining it
What We’ll Explore Together
In this 90‑minute live session, we’ll look at:
-
The Stories We Carry About Boundaries
Why so many of us secretly believe “if I set this limit, I’ll lose them” – and how that plays out in our calendar, inbox, and bank account. -
Embodied vs. Performative Boundaries
How to honor your actual capacity rather than using “boundaries” as another thing to perform or get “right.” -
Real Business Scenarios
Examples like:- Being available “all the time” for clients
- Scope creep in projects and programs
- Pricing and sliding scales
- Saying no when you’re afraid of losing the relationship
-
How Boundaries Deepen the Work
Why your clients feel safer (and often get far better results) when your containers, policies, and availability are clear. -
Simple, Practical Shifts
Gentle, real‑world adjustments you can make right away – in your schedule, offers, and communication – that support both your livelihood and your life.
This Is For You If…
- You care deeply about the humans you work with and never want them to feel abandoned, rejected, or pushed away
- You often override your own needs in order to be “there” for your clients, community, or team
- You suspect your current way of working isn’t sustainable, but you don’t want to swing to the other extreme
- You want a way of doing business where your wholeness, relationships, and revenue all matter
This is for people who are in the real, messy middle of loving their work and wanting it to actually work for their life.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of our time together, you’ll have:
- A clearer sense of where your boundaries are currently being crossed (and where you’re crossing your own)
- Language you can use with clients and collaborators that feels honest and kind, not harsh or defensive
- A felt experience of how embodied clarity can create more connection, not less
- A few specific boundary shifts you can implement in your business immediately
