an application and interview before acceptance into the group.

I am a woman who used to believe I didn’t belong in groups of women. I never felt ‘feminine enough’! But, at the same time, I was scared of being ‘too feminine’ & not being taken seriously. I’ve worked with hundreds of women who’ve been held back by some version of these same unconscious beliefs – that only certain parts of you belong in certain spaces – which leads to never feeling like you fully belong anywhere. Fierce Grace is about learning how to consciously, compassionately & creatively embrace & embody the full spectrum of who you truly are – in every area of your life.

I’m living the life of my “dreams” and there’s a part of me still longing for more.
There are parts of me I’m not bringing to dating and partnerships because I don’t believe they’re lovable.
I know I have a purpose, but I don’t know how to express it yet.

You harness the full power of your energetic range. Every one of us has learned, through life experience, to live within a narrow range of what is acceptable. Some of your greatest gifts live outside the range of who you know yourself to be. You get deeply connected to your body. We all have an inner compass that we can trust to guide our lives. In order to get in touch with our unique compass, we need to connect with our body. You trust yourself fully. There’s an immense power waiting to be unlocked in the act of your own radical self-trust. Your body holds the key to unlocking this power. You’re willing to let yourself ‘just know.’ We live in a culture that demands an explanation and doesn’t understand the wisdom of knowing. There’s a way in which we can both honor the rational world along with our own inner knowing. You’re willing to be supported by community and spirit. You don’t have to do this alone. There’s an African Proverb that says, “If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together,” and I would add, “if you want to go deep, go together.” Just trust me on this one.

About Kendra

“Fierce grace is who I am. This program is the offering of my entire life of study and practice, and what I learned and have come to believe about living and moving through the world in a woman’s body.”

Founder of Fierce Grace: Practices of Embodied Wholeness for Women, Kendra Cunov has been studying, teaching, facilitating, and (most importantly) practicing Authentic Relating, embodiment practices, and deep intimacy work for the last fifteen years. She’s worked with thousands of men, women, and couples in the areas of embodiment, intimacy, communication and full self-expression. She co-founded Authentic World, as well as The Embodied Relationship Training Salon and The Art of Fearless Intimacy – as well as pioneering the practice of Integral Circling and the Authentic Relating movement. Kendra owes a deep debt of gratitude to the myriad teachers she has had the good fortune to study with – starting at birth when she was born into San Francisco Zen Center. She shares a wealth of personal practice, ranging from 20 years of Kundalini Yoga to 5 years intensive study with Sofia Diaz, to a lifetime of Zen study and meditation. Kendra brings a deep and genuine care for people, as well as an extraordinary depth of insight, in service of people living truly fulfilling lives.
